Patient Photo Gallery

Below are some "exotic" patients we saw one day in June:

Woodstock, 30 minutes after being spayed and having a breast tumor removed
Herman's Tortoises, presented by a representative of Turtle Rescue. The tortoises were examined, wormed, and are now living in the Southwest US.
Taz, a domestically bred bob-cat from a breeder in Minnesota, has been examined, vaccinated, neutered, and has had his claws disarmed at Lakeside Veterinary Center.
Regis, a ball or royal python, presented due to lack of appetite.
Troy, a 10-yr-old iguana, had trouble defacating due to a systemic infection.
Shadow, a leopard gecko, visited Lakeside Veterinary Center for eye infection treatment.
In this photo, anti-parasite medication is being administered to a frog. Amphibians present one of the greatest challenges in veterinary medicine.
